Starbucks Coffee Company in Georgia

"3 visit review 1st vist: 47mins for a 1 cofee 1 tea and 2 sandwhiches. Sandwiches were undercooked and never got the tea (we waited an extra 20 mins and were asked by 3 employees how to make it (idk not my job man). Was also asked by same employees how they could help me as i stood in the same spot the whole time.... 2nd visit was fine. It was like 7pm no one there, got one cofee and it turned out fine. Only person i saw was a young skinny dude. 3rd visit: another good 30 minutes waiting for an online order via drive thru (only 2 other cars in the line... quality of the drinks are hit or miss at this point.... this order had cold food and also my coffee... TLDR -extreme wait times with day crew even when theres a very low volume of customers. - two out of three visits: cold food twice, cold drink once, drink made poorly twice, cold drink once, didn't receive drink once. Long waits, mess up food/drinks a lot It's like they hired family and friends to run this place lol its bad. Sadly, after the 3 experiences I've had, I will be driving the extra 10 mins to go to dunkin...."

"They are sometimes full in the drive through so go inside and it's almost no wait! They are great service and make wonderful coffee and get the order perfectly!"

"Although the location is new and can use some improvements, we need to be patient and understanding. My order was wrong, yet the manager was extremely nice and helpful getting my order fixed promptly. They’re trying their best to improve quality and service and you can tell! Even under much pressure, they continue to be kind with smiles on their face assuring customers leave satisfied."

"I had a pleasant first experience at this Starbucks. Everybody that had their coffee made wrong, it’s called going back in the store and having it done right so that’s on you. I just stopped in for a bag of coffee, the staff were very helpful and friendly."

"Went inside to order and first thing I noticed was how clean and welcoming it is, since it is a fairly new location it is important to patient with barista’s as they might still be learning. I went ahead ordered two drinks as they recited it back to make sure it was right. The wait was short but my second drink was missing and Barista Elexus went ahead and made the second drink right away making sure it was correct. I would come back again"

"I adoreeee this place! It’s right next to my high school and I come after school after a long day with my friends who also love it. The drinks are fastly and nicely made, definitely worth visiting especially if you are someone that doesn’t like to go far for places if you live near Austell."

"Fantastic! Much better than any of the other Starbucks in our area. We always go at night to get drinks for ourselves and our kids, and if we go to any of the others, they never have the tea that my wife wants. They always say they are already out. But anytime we go to this Starbucks they always have it and are very friendly and so happy that we are there! So glad it’s in our neighborhood."
